We created a series of films for BT Openreach, aimed at their service provider customers. The films were a way of bringing to life market segmentation research. With just factsheets as our starting point, we created characters to personify the stats, then scripted, casted, filmed and edited eight videos, each featuring a different type of consumer. We also created another 10 videos for the business markets, filming interviews with CEOs and CTOs all over the country.
